This website, ensoanandtara.com, is operated by Infinitee Homes, a real estate agent registered with MahaRERA under registration number A011052601566, acting as an authorised channel partner for the Prime Mundhwa project, Pune.

Anandtara is the promoter of the project and is a separate company. Anything you send Anandtara directly is covered by Anandtara's own privacy policy, not this one.

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, mobile number, and the optional answers about which layout interests you, your timeline and whether you are buying to live in or to invest.

Alongside that we record which page the form was sent from, and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign information carried in the link. That is how we know which advertisement earned an enquiry.

We do not ask for your email address, your address, your income, your PAN, your Aadhaar or any other identifier, and you should not send them through this website.

To call or message you back about this project, and to answer the question you asked. That is the only purpose.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, submitting the form is your consent to be contacted about this project. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us, and we will stop.

This site sets no advertising cookies. Consent Mode is configured with advertising storage denied, and the measurement file makes no network request at all while no measurement ID is configured.

If and when analytics is switched on, it will be used to count page views and enquiries in aggregate, not to build a profile of you or to follow you around other websites. If that ever changes, this page changes in the same release.

The site stores a small amount of information in your own browser — whether you have already submitted a form, and the campaign your visit came from — so it does not interrupt you twice. That stays on your device. You can clear it by clearing your browser data.

No video player, chat widget or social embed is loaded from a third party on any page. One thing can load from a third party, and only if you ask it to: the Google map of the sales lounge on Contact and Location is not in the page until you tap “Show the map”. Until you do, nothing is requested from Google and no cookie of theirs can be set. Tapping it is the agreement; if you would rather not, the directions link beside it opens Google Maps in its own tab instead, where their terms and not ours apply.

Your enquiry is shared with Anandtara, the promoter, because they are the party who can actually sell you a home and answer on specification, price and possession.

It is stored in a spreadsheet and email account controlled by Infinitee Homes, hosted by Google. It is not sold, rented or given to any other developer, broker, data broker or lead aggregator.

If the law requires us to disclose it, we will, and we will tell you unless we are barred from doing so.

For as long as your enquiry is live, and for up to three years afterwards, which is how long a property decision typically takes in this market.

Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, within thirty days, except where we are required to retain a record.

If you are not satisfied with how we answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
