Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind.

Registering for priority access records your interest so that we can send you the floor plans, the price band and the launch date ahead of their publication. It is not a booking, a reservation or an allotment, it secures no particular apartment, it fixes no price, and it places no obligation on you or on the promoter.

The project's MahaRERA registration number has not yet been published here. Until it is, no payment of any kind should be made against this project, to anyone, and nobody is authorised to accept one.

Any transaction, when it happens, will be governed solely by the agreement for sale executed between you and the promoter, registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Where this website and that agreement differ, the agreement governs.

The project information here — areas, specifications, amenities, distances and the developer's record — is reproduced from material supplied by Anandtara, principally its sales presenter dated 10 September 2026. Its source and date are stated on the pages that carry it.

Plans, specifications, amenities and dimensions are subject to change by the promoter and to the approval of the sanctioning authorities. Areas are subject to the registered plans.

We have tried hard not to state anything we cannot source, and to say plainly where a figure is the developer's claim rather than a verified fact. If you find something on this site that is wrong, please tell us and we will correct it.

Exterior and podium views are artistic impressions. Other images are labelled conceptual, or generated for representation, and do not depict the completed project.

Furniture, fittings, appliances, landscaping and finishes shown in any image are not part of the standard offering unless the specification says so.

The ENSO name and mark, the Anandtara name and mark, the project drawings, renders and photographs belong to their respective owners and are used here with the developer's permission for the purpose of marketing this project.

Floor plans are issued on request and are not licensed for redistribution.

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Infinitee Homes is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information here, and is not liable for the acts or omissions of the promoter.

Infinitee Homes is not the promoter, is not a party to the agreement for sale, and cannot commit the promoter on price, specification, plans or possession.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
